This course is designed for university students at any stage of their degree. No prior background in gender studies is required. The program is relevant to students in social sciences, humanities, education, business, engineering, and any other field — gender stereotypes are present in every sector.
Yes. Beyond Gender Academy is fully funded by the European Union through the Erasmus+ programme, as part of the Labs4Change consortium. There is no tuition, no registration fee, and no hidden costs.
The course is available in English and Spanish. Materials are adapted for both languages. A B1 level in the language of your choice is sufficient.
No. The program is designed to be accessible to students with no prior background in gender theory or social sciences. Module 1 builds the foundational conceptual framework from the ground up.
The course is structured as four self-paced modules of 1.5 hours each, totaling 6 hours. You can complete them in one sitting or spread them out across several days — the schedule is entirely yours.
Yes. Students who complete all four self-paced modules will receive a certificate recognized by the EU Erasmus+ programme.
