Erasmus+ for higher education

Erasmus+ proposal writing for your university

We write your institution's Erasmus+ proposal from start to finish: from the idea and the consortium to Part B, the budget and submission on the European Commission portal. Your team decides the content. We bring the method, the writing and the experience of having been on the other side as partners and consortium coordinators.

2811 Academy writes Erasmus+ proposals for universities and higher education institutions in Latin America and Europe. The service covers project design, building the consortium when needed, writing the full Part B in English or Spanish, the lump sum budget and support until submission on the European Commission portal. We work mainly on Capacity Building in Higher Education (CBHE) and cooperation partnerships. Fees are quoted per institution and do not depend on the outcome.

How we work

Five stages, from idea to submission

Each stage ends with something concrete that the institution's team reviews and approves. That way the proposal that reaches the Commission is the university's own, written with craft.

  1. Design

    Co-design workshops with your team

    • Problem, objectives and theory of change, worked out with the people who will run the project
    • Choosing the action and call priority that fits best
    • A short concept note in English to present the idea to potential partners
  2. Consortium

If the institution has no partners yet

    • Map of potential partners in Europe and Latin America, and of the coordinating institution if it is not yours
    • Invitations, meetings and closing the consortium with a clear role for each partner
    • Review of mandates, PIC codes and administrative data for each institution
  3. Writing

    The full Part B

    • Relevance, quality of design, quality of the partnership and impact, written against the award criteria
    • Work packages, timeline, deliverables, indicators and risk matrix
    • Coordinating each partner's input so the proposal speaks with one voice
  4. Budget

    In the official template

    • Lump sum budget consistent with the work packages
    • Allocation across partners and justification of each item
  5. Review and submission

    Until the last day

    • Two review rounds with the university and the partners
    • Final read against the call's award criteria
    • Support with submission on the European Commission portal

Frequently asked questions

Before you ask for a quote

The best known is Capacity Building in Higher Education (CBHE), which funds projects between institutions in Europe and partner countries, including Latin America. There are also cooperation partnerships, Capacity Building in vocational education and training, Jean Monnet and international credit mobility, among others. In the first conversation we look at which one fits what the institution wants to do.
We design the project with your team, write the full proposal, build the budget and support the submission. The university makes the substantive decisions, reviews each version and handles its administrative documents, such as mandates and the PIC code, with our review.
No. If the institution already has a consortium, we write the proposal and coordinate the partners' input. If not, we can identify, invite and close the partnership with universities in Europe and Latin America.
Ideally three to four months before the call deadline, and earlier if a consortium has to be built. It can be done in less time, but there is less room to review with the partners.
In English or Spanish. Erasmus+ proposals can be submitted in any official EU language, and we choose with the institution the one that works best for the consortium and the evaluation.
The fee is quoted according to what your institution needs: whether the consortium has to be built or already exists, the action you apply to and the timeline. Fees do not depend on the outcome.
No. The decision belongs to the European Commission, based on its evaluation and available budget. What we do guarantee is a complete proposal, written against the award criteria and submitted on time.
