AI applied to the actual work of a public team: attending to citizens, writing and reviewing documents, reading territorial data, preparing a tender. With the guardrails an institution needs, and with a 90 day adoption route: ten tasks ranked by hours freed and by risk, each with an owner and a tool.
What changes in daily work when a personal data law takes effect: forms, the citizen service desk, benefit records and the AI tools the team already uses. In Chile the date is 1 December 2026, under Law 21.719. This is not the legal course: it ends with an inventory of data processing activities and a ranked risk matrix.
