1. Provider

2811 Global ("2811") operates the 2811 Academy platform at 2811academy.com, offering professional education programs in sustainable finance, blue economy, gender equity, and EU funding.

2. Services

2811 Academy offers:

• Online cohort-based courses with live sessions
• Self-paced learning programs
• Private workshops for organizations
• Resource packs and digital materials
• White-label program deployment for institutions

3. Registration and Access

Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment or upon written confirmation from 2811 for sponsored participants. Access to course materials begins on the published start date or upon delivery for self-paced and resource-pack products.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment methods: bank transfer, credit card, PayPal, Wise, or invoice.
• Promotional and institutional rates (e.g., for higher education institutions in Latin America and the Caribbean) are subject to verification and may require institutional documentation.
• Custom and white-label pricing is provided via individual quotation.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

• Workshops: Full refund if cancelled at least 7 days before the scheduled session. Within 7 days, the session may be rescheduled once at no extra cost.
• Cohort courses: Full refund if requested before the course start date. After the first live session, no refund but access to materials is maintained.
• Resource packs: Due to the digital nature of the product, no refunds after delivery.
• Self-paced courses: No refund after access is granted.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, templates, databases, recordings, and content provided through 2811 Academy are the intellectual property of 2811 Global. Participants may use materials for personal or internal organizational purposes. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing is prohibited without written permission.

7. Certificates

Certificates of completion are issued to participants who fulfill the course requirements. Certificates are compatible with OpenBadge 3.0 and/or Europass where indicated. 2811 reserves the right to withhold certification if requirements are not met.

8. Workshop Recordings

Private workshop sessions are recorded and delivered to the booking organization within 24 hours. Recordings are for internal use by the organization only and may not be shared publicly or redistributed.

9. Limitation of Liability

2811 Academy provides educational content for informational purposes. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, funding success, or employment. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

10. Communications

By enrolling or contacting 2811 Academy, you agree to receive transactional communications related to your enrollment. Marketing communications require separate consent and include an unsubscribe option in every message.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. For disputes, the courts of Berlin shall have jurisdiction.
