Chile's largest microfinance institution lends to formal and informal entrepreneurs through community banks of 11 to 25 people who guarantee each other and meet regularly, with training alongside the loan. Newcomers can form a group, join as a subgroup of 3 to 7, or enter an existing bank individually.
