- Private companies, individuals or legal entities, producing goods or services, with annual sales up to UF 100,000 excluding VAT, whether or not they have started operations before the tax authority. Real estate development, speculative uses and IDB exclusion-list activities are not eligible.

Corfo refinances cooperatives and financial services companies so they can lend to micro, small and medium companies that banks tend to leave out: loans, leasing and factoring for working capital or investment. The company applies at a participating non-bank intermediary, not at Corfo.
