- The anchor company applies: an individual or legal entity taxed as first category with net annual sales above UF 25,000, with at least five supplier companies each selling up to UF 100,000. Metropolitan Region only.
- Amount
- Up to 50% of the development stage, capped at CLP 60,000,000 per period, when the project qualifies as sustainable; otherwise 40% with a cap of CLP 50,000,000

An anchor company and at least five of its suppliers build capabilities together: management, technical skills, technology and innovation across the chain. The regional focus is entrepreneurship for smart cities and inclusive productive linkages, and a project that commits to social, environmental and economic impact gets the higher co-financing.
