Eureka Biotech Call 2026: R&D with European partners, funded in Chile by Corfo

- In Chile, SMEs and large companies at least 24 months old. Chilean universities and research organisations cannot receive Corfo funding directly but can take part as project collaborators.

- In Chile, Corfo funds the R&D costs of participating companies as a matching grant of up to about 220 million Chilean pesos (roughly EUR 220,000); each partner is funded by its own national agency

A Eureka network call for collaborative R&D projects in biotechnology aimed at marketable products, processes or services. Consortia need at least two independent legal entities from two participating countries; Chile is one of seventeen, alongside Germany, France, Spain, the Netherlands, Canada, South Korea and others. Chilean companies must contact Corfo before applying and, if the project passes the international stage, apply nationally through Crea y Valida Eureka.
