- In Chile, SMEs and large companies at least 24 months old, which must contact Corfo before applying and submit the R&D work plan and budget to Corfo within the same deadline. Universities and research organisations take part as collaborators, not as direct recipients of Corfo funds.

- In Chile, Corfo funds the R&D costs of participating companies as a matching grant of up to about 220 million Chilean pesos (roughly EUR 220,000); each partner is funded by its own national agency
- Duration
- Up to 36 months; national funding decisions by 16 April 2027, projects expected to start in May 2027

Collaborative R&D projects that develop, validate and scale technologies for disaster preparedness, emergency response and recovery: early warning, resilient infrastructure, wildfire and flood tech, emergency communications, circular approaches to rebuilding, AI and new materials. Participating countries with budget: Austria, Flanders, Brazil, Chile, Lithuania, Spain, Türkiye and Ukraine. Consortia need at least two entities from two countries and at least one company; the project must aim at commercialisation.
