The State's agricultural development agency lends directly to small farmers registered as its users: seasonal working capital, long-term investment on the farm including its working capital, and a Corfo-guaranteed line for Indigenous farmers. It is the financing layer under FIA and CNR subsidies for a regenerative farm.
