- For-profit companies with active local tax registration, based in Spanish-speaking Latin America, at validation, traction or scale stage, working on education or the future of work, and intending to raise capital within 12 months. At least one partner has to take part in the training phase. Brazil is not eligible in this edition.

- Free to take part. Up to 5 finalists can receive between USD 100,000 and USD 500,000

- Training from 8 September to 20 October, and through to February 2027 for those reaching due diligence

A funnel in three phases, free and online. 100 companies enter a training phase of around eight hours on product market fit, impact measurement, financial modelling and fundraising, with a certificate. Up to 10 move on to one-to-one mentoring, and up to 5 finalists go through due diligence with the possibility of an investment of USD 100,000 to 500,000. Run by Potencia Ventures with Artemisia.
