The ESCALA Programme for Managers and Administrators moves leadership, management and administrative staff between AUGM universities for a training stay in their own line of work. It is the only regional line built for people who run a university rather than for people who teach or research in it. Each applicant can apply to up to three universities where their own has agreed slots.
