- Consortia with partners from at least three countries taking part in the call, including two from EU Member States or associated countries. Brazil is the only country outside Europe that funds its teams, through CONFAP and nine state foundations (FAPs).

Funds 36-month transnational research and innovation projects in four areas: sustainable blue sectors, digital and ecosystem-based management of sea uses, marine bioresources, and resilience of coastal communities. It is a two-stage call: pre-proposals by 16 November 2026 and full proposals by 14 June 2027.
